With any retainer option, you’ll be working directly with me. I do not outsource my work to other copywriters or use AI writing tools to write copy.

No. Every retainer option offers unlimited copy requests. I work on these one at a time, and the turnaround time will depend on the scope of the request. Once one is delivered, I will start work on the next request.

You will be added to my project management system where requesting deliverables is as easy as filling out a form. And changing priorities just requires you to drag and drop the request in the queue. You’ll have full visibility of the queue, so you’ll always know what I’m working on next.

Yes! I will revise the copy until you are happy with it. Though many of my clients love working with me because there are typically few revisions, revisions are still a part of the writing process—especially when I’m first getting to know your business and brand voice.

The main difference between these two packages is that with the copy + strategy + management package, you also get support with content management tasks like scheduling emails and social posts, building out email automation, updating content, publishing blog posts, and reporting.

Some months, you might not have enough work to fill up the entire month. That’s what the pause feature is for!
You can pause your retainer at any time, which pauses your billing cycle (31 days). So let’s say you pause after 10 days. You will still have 21 days left on your retainer when you’re ready to resume. To pause, all you have to do is communicate that you want to pause work.

Due to the intensive nature and limited availability of the service, no refunds are available after you have signed the contract and paid the invoice. However, I am happy to put your deposit toward another project or service that’s a better fit.
